loft conversation

I will be doing a loft conversation , I need plans and structural calculations as I will be doing structural alterations to the floor and roof structures ( Dormer) within the roof space. Dormer will be on the rear side of the roof and a skyline window will be on the front side of the roof, ideally I would like to get two rooms from the loft and a small bathroom.
