legal address and description for each lots in subdivision

I've been working on a project that consists of 148 acres. The property was subdivided into 380 lots. I now need the legal address and description for each lot. It's a total of 380 Lots. I need a AutoCad Civil 3D technician to generate the legal descriptions of the Lots ? I also have the CAD files for this project. Please let me know if you can help with this project.
