6in icf lintel rebar engineer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
it will be an ICF constructed home in NH with an 8in ICF walk out basement, 1 side, with a wall height of 9ft 4 (main floor tji framed level) that transitions into a 6in ICF block above grade, 8ft wall to prebuilt wood trusses (already designed and engineered).
The head height of my rough openings is at ^ft 10 1/2 above my main floor which leaves me with 8in of concrete about the openings. Most openings are on gable ends with no point loads.
I will have an L shape house in which the main roof is a 12/12 pitch (truss span 25ft) and the L bump out is a 6/12 pitch (with a truss span of 15ft 10in. 2 of the 3 window openings, requiring lintels, are on 1 side of the eve side (bearing the trusses) and are 3ft 6 wide. These windows are about 4ft apart and about 3ft from the outside corner (gable furthest from main roof)
