Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete cost estimation built directly in iTWO CostX. The architectural and structural models are ready; what’s missing is an accurate 5D breakdown generated inside the platform, including all necessary workbooks, rate libraries, and linked BIM measurements.
Your task is to:
• import my models into CostX,
• create the take-off formulas and mappings,
• produce a clean, itemised estimate I can trace back to every model element, and
• export the final report in both CostX and Excel formats.
While my core objective is cost estimation, experience with quantity-takeoff automation or integration to other BIM tools will be a plus if it speeds up the workflow.
