Budget: $250 – $750 USD
the city is requiring the following i have the survey and plans im only building a addition
1) Provide civil drawings with acceptable scales of 1"=10,
1"=20, or 1"=30 which will include the following:
water meter/water service location, sewer lateral/cleanout
location, spot elevations for drainage review including
drainage calculations, driveways including widths to city
standards, etc.
2) New single-family residential units or additions to
existing residential units which result in a 25% increase
the site impervious area are to provide calculations that
demonstrate that on a volumetric basis, the
runoff from the property shall not exceed the
pre-development runoff.
3) Provide cross sections from Right of Way of adjacent
property at "ALL" property lines paying particular to grade
differential from proposed site to existing adjacent
properties. Also show existing grades of at least 10' onto
adjacent properties with sufficient "SPOT
ELEVATIONS" to determine sites historic drainage pattern.
Please provide swales at all property lines to avoid runoff
that will affect the adjacent property owner.
4) Provide Pollution Prevention Plan per LDR 4.6.17
indicating location of silt fence and all other
environmental control devices needed on a separate site
and/or civil page of the same size. Please use City Details
D 8.1 thru D 9.1c which can be found on the City of Delray
Beach website located at:
