We are a building business in Drouin, Victoria, intend on servicing the sustainable home market by using Passive House Guidelines. As we do not see Stick and Brick as the best option, we have been researching different materials around the globe which leave a smaller carbon footprint and offer better thermal properties as well as faster construction times.
We need a structural engineer who will work with our Architect and us to ensure everything is to Australian Codes. The company we are looking to import from have given us a wad of certificates, we want to be sure there is nothing missing.
