footing design for a house

I am looking for a freelancer who can design the footing for a house with a Pile Foundation. The project involves the following requirements:

Foundation Design:
- The foundation design should be based on a Pile Foundation.

Soil Report:
- Unfortunately, I do not have a soil report for the construction site. However, it is important to note that there is currently a mobile house on the property, which can provide some insight into the soil conditions.

House Size:
- The estimated size of the house is less than 1000 sq ft.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- A strong background in structural engineering and foundation design.
- Experience with designing Pile Foundations for small-scale residential projects.
- Knowledge of soil analysis and interpretation, even without an official soil report.
- Attention to detail and the ability to design a safe and stable foundation for the given house size.
