engineering drawings and reconstruction of retaining wall

I'm looking for an experienced professional to complete engineering drawings and reconstruction of a medium-scale (10-30 feet) retaining wall which runs along the front of the property and was brought down by tree roots in a flooding event last year. Specifically, I need structural drawings to be submitted to Mitchell Shire. I can provide a survey plan for the property so you will have the wall coordinates.
