I have a plot need a professional who can design with experience and knowledge of civil engineering and eps construction knowledge.

Backyard gargen of 11 meters not private
Front 8 ft back 5 ft need to keep vacant.

Design requirements:
Stilt parking
Parking plus 3 design
1st floor is studio type kitchen and living etc no bedroom powder room
2ns floor 1 kids bedroom with attached washroom and walking wardrobe
Master bedroom with walking wardrobe and washroom.
3rd only guest room.
