concrete slab engineer drawing

I am in need of a concrete slab engineer drawing for my project. I will be using the slab to build a storage shed and am looking for a drawing that is precise and capable of withstanding the demands of my project. The size of the slab is medium, measuring between 1000-5000 square feet. I am not sure if I need specific features like rebar and drainage added to the slab, so I need advice on this matter.
