Soil Analysis: Conduct soil analysis and recommend suitable foundation types and soil stabilization techniques when necessary.

Erosion Control: Implement effective erosion control strategies and best practices to minimize soil erosion and sedimentation during construction.

AutoCAD Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD or other relevant design software to produce precise grading plans and drawings.
