civil engineering for lot 45 caloote landing rd caloote

We have submitted plans to council for development and after we have paid and seemingly have had plans go through they have come back and asked for a civil engineered works plan including on site drainage system, extent of earthworks, site levels even though they already have this information. I am looking for a civil engineer to provide this and a separate retaining wall spec for the new wall in case they ask for this at a later date.
