civil engineer

I need storm water plans completed and certified by a qualified civil engineer as part of the Construction Certificate process.
We are doing an upstairs addition on a 270m2 block
The plans must be completed as per “Appendix 2 - Engineering
Specifications of the Canada Bay Development Control Plan”
