Water Supply Systems Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
In search of a civil engineer to design a potable water & wastewater system to connect two new (yet to be built) structures to town utilities in the Milton, Vermont area. This will also require a site plan.
Vermont State License required: You will ultimately be responsible for the design meeting town & state requirements.
Project: Existing utility pipes and stubouts are in place, (3/4" potable water pipe, and 4" wastewater pipe) but the old structure was removed over 4 years ago, and town/state regulations require new permits to replace the existing pipes.
Proposed structures are: a 2500sf 4-bedroom house, the second structure is a garage with a 900sf 2-bedroom apartment above.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Knowledgeable with Vermont state ANR regulation and permit process.
- Expertise in civil engineering, specifically within water resources management
- Proficient in the planning and designing of water supply systems
- Previous experience in similar projects is a plus
