Water and Sewer Line Design

I need a professional to design the water and sewer lines for a 31-unit mobile home park in Grand Prairie, TX.
Requirements:
- Design of water and sewer lines
- Provision of blueprints and technical specifications
- Use of PVC piping
We own/manage a 31-unit mobile home park located in Grand Prairie, Texas. The park’s water and sewer systems are privately maintained and in need of full replacement.
• Water Supply: The primary city water meter is located on Sheridan Road at the intersection of Avenue F and Sheridan Road. From this point, all water lines within the park are private.
• Sanitary Sewer: The park’s sewer main is located on American Cemetery Road and ties into the City of Grand Prairie system at Hardy Road.
• Existing Drawings: The City does not have as-built records of the private utility system due to age.
We are seeking a licensed civil engineering firm (Texas P.E.) to design and prepare plans for the replacement of both water and sewer lines.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing water and sewer systems
- Proficiency in creating detailed blueprints and technical specs
- Familiarity with PVC piping standards and installation practices
