Warehouse Structural and Foundation Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I require a proficient structural engineer for the structural design and foundation design of an I-beam steel warehouse. The project's primary goal is to construct a warehouse that meets all requisite industry standards for safety and efficiency.
Key Job Requirements:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Several years' experience in structural design and foundation design for commercial buildings, and specifically warehouses.
- Proficiency in usage of structural design software.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory standards with regards to warehouse construction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive structural design for the proposed I-beam steel warehouse.
- Design the foundation taking into consideration the soil type, loads and other relevant factors.
- Ensure designed warehouse can safely and effectively serve its purpose.
- Adherence to all construction safety and quality standards in the design.
A proven track record with similar projects would be of great benefit.
I will be fabricating the building onsite and will need all specs for welding, And need to work with off the shelf wide flange beams. I would also like STEP files of the designs to be included
