Urban Construction Drainage Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am embarking on a new construction project located in a high-rainfall, urban area. I need to finalize the drainage plan attached for implementation so that we can effectively manage excessive precipitation.
Key Requirements:

This plan was adopted by the contractor because the 2% grade requirement with a natural slope from back to front of property could not be met. All of the slope is in the front of the house. The city of Los Angeles, requires that a civil engineer sign off on the plan and that a sump pump be added to the front rain garden.
I am looking to complete this project this week. I can provide edit-able drawings and the permit set for the project. It is 90% done. Just need to add front sump pump and review plan.
