Underwater Tank Structural Design and Analysis

I am in need of an experienced Structural Engineer with proficiency in STAAD PRO for an ongoing project. The tasks at hand include:

- Optimizing current thickness of the underwater tank and chilled water pipes
- Conducting a detailed analysis on the structure
- Implementing bolt connections of plates, plate to plate and plate pipes
