USA licensed engineer for metal building plans

I am in need of a USA licensed engineer who can review and stamp plans for a commercial metal building. The primary purpose of the building is for commercial use. We are purchasing a metal building kit and the manufacturer will provide drawings. We need help with getting them stamped for a permit. We also need a structural foundation plan. It is a very simple metal building, 3000 sq. ft, and located in New Mexico. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in metal building engineering and have a thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations. The expected timeline for completion is 3-4 weeks.
