Travis County Stamped Site Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a Texas-licensed civil or structural engineer to prepare and stamp a basic site plan for my property in Travis County. The plan must clearly show two key features: the layout of several Pickle Ball courts and the placement of metal-container buildings that serve as ancillary facilities. No septic system is involved, but the drawing has to quantify impervious cover and address drainage; the county will not accept the submittal without those two items called out.
Please base the design on current Travis County codes and formatting requirements so I can take it straight to permitting. If you have a preferred CAD platform, note it up front—AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar works fine on my end.
Deliverables
• Signed and sealed PDF site plan, ready for county submission
• DWG (or compatible) source file
• Brief drainage narrative and impervious-cover worksheet used for the calculations
I will supply a rough sketch with dimensions and any available survey files as soon as we agree to work together. Turnaround is flexible but sooner is better because construction is already scheduled.
