Traditional Single-Family Home Designs

I have a 5.19 acre lot that I want to subdivide for 10 single family homes of about 2000 square feet. I don’t need house plans. Just a layout that will fit the property. It has some easements on it. I will need dimensions for each lot and location of private access driveway, sewer and water lines and North Carolina fire marshal private access driveway requirements. I am looking for some to work with ton an ongoing basis for various projects
