Traditional Block House Structural Plans

I need comprehensive structural plans and calculations for a 2,500 sq. ft. residential exterior block house with 2x6 wood interior framing. The garage will also be block construction and 26’ high shell space. I already have the floor plan done but need truss calculations etc to submit to riverside county. .
