Township Sewer & Water Design

Job ID: 39981785

Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹7,500 INR

I’m developing a new township layout and need complete engineering drawings and calculations for the underground sewer network and the downstream treated-water line. The system will handle strictly residential waste, so capacity, pipe sizing, and gradients must reflect peak household flows rather than mixed-use or industrial loading.

For the gravity network I already know I want traditional gravity sewers with appropriately spaced manholes and inspection chambers. Please size and position each run, node, and chamber, showing invert levels, slopes, and cover depths, then annotate them on a coordinated plan and longitudinal section.

Although the immediate brief covers conveyance, I also plan to recycle the treated effluent, so include a schematic for the treated-water line that ties into the outlet of the STP. If you have ideas on irrigation, groundwater recharge, or other non-potable reuse loops, feel free to note them as options, though the core design deliverable remains the sewer network itself.

Deliverables
• AutoCAD (or compatible) layout plan, longitudinal profiles, and manhole schedules
• Hydraulic calculations (peak flow, pipe sizing, velocity checks) in Excel or PDF
• Brief design report summarising assumptions, codes, and future expansion allowances
• Treated-water outlet schematic with connection points and proposed reuse loop

Acceptance
Drawings must be to scale, coordinate-matched to my master site plan, and ready for submission to local authorities under the relevant sewerage design code.
