Tow Yard Site Plan Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete site plan that lays out every working piece of a new tow yard. The parcel will be organized around a chain-link perimeter fence and a motorized sliding gate at the main entrance, so the drawing must show exact fence runs, gate placement, and clear turning radii for roll-backs and wreckers.
Please position an office trailer outside of the gate that include customer parking on the lot, indicate the utility tie-ins (water, sewer, and power), and map lighting poles or wall packs so the entire storage area remains well lit without overspill into neighboring properties. I also need a logical traffic pattern that separates inbound and outbound lanes, assigns numbered parking stalls for impounded vehicles, and keeps staff parking near the trailer.
A CAD or Revit layout that is ready for city submittal is ideal, including basic dimensions, legend, and north arrow. If you work in Civil 3D or similar, just let me know so we can match file formats. Once a first draft is approved, a final PDF and the editable source file will complete the job.
