Topography, Feasibility Study, SUBDIVISION PLAT

SCOPE OF WORK:
Part One: Topography and Tree Location Includes:
- Boundary survey (includes marking all property corners and setting new property corners one time if missing)
- Location of all existing improvements on site (ie. house, driveway, fences, walls, walkways....)
- Show current zoning, setbacks and buildable area
- Show all above-ground visible utilities on site
- Topography (1 foot contours, mean sea level)
- Tree Location:
• Trees will be located according to the size requirements of the governing jurisdiction
• Species of each tree
- Provide lot coverage calculations for existing conditions only
- AutoCAD drawing (available in PDF and DWG format, electronic and hard copies)

Part Two: Feasibility Study
- Feasibility Study to subdivide property into (3-6 parcels.
• Complete a feasibility study to determine the likelihood that the property can be subdivided into the desired amount of parcels

If an acceptable feasibility study is provided the client can then proceed with the

SUBDIVISION portion of this proposal

Prepare plat to meet the requirements as set forth by the governing municipality including necessary signature ATLANTA Georgia

- Includes new legal descriptions for the newly created lots
- Revisions to Minor Subdivision Plat:
• First set of revisions requested by client and/or City/County, will be completed at no charge


• Additional design options or changes to the initial design options will be a part of this job
