Technical Documentation & Excel Reporting Support
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m looking for a detail-oriented professional to take charge of my project and technical documentation while keeping all supporting data clean, organized, and analysis-ready.
I run multiple civil-engineering jobs and need every drawing log, material register, and progress report captured accurately, then transformed into clear MS Excel files that I can share with stakeholders at a moment’s notice.
Key responsibilities
• Compile source information from drawings, site notes, and email trails, then structure it into live Excel trackers.
• Input new data promptly, flag inconsistencies, and carry out routine data-cleaning so every sheet stays error-free.
• Generate weekly and ad-hoc analytical reports—charts, pivot tables, or summaries—that highlight quantities, timelines, and any cost variances.
• Maintain a logical folder hierarchy so older versions are archived yet instantly retrievable.
I already have sample templates; feel free to improve them if it speeds up workflow and visual clarity. Solid command of advanced Excel functions (lookup formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables) is essential, and familiarity with typical civil-engineering terminology will help you grasp the context faster.
Deliverables I expect
1. Master project register in MS Excel (latest data integrated).
2. Cleaned, validated raw-data sheet with an audit trail.
3. Weekly status report workbook with automated charts.
4. Brief handover note describing file structure, formulas used, and update steps.
I value accuracy, consistency, and proactive communication—let me know the moment you spot missing data or potential improvements. If this sounds like your area of expertise, I’m ready to get started.
