Surveying civil enginnering study

I am in need of a civil engineer who can perform a survey for construction planning purposes. The ideal candidate should have experience in traditional land surveying techniques and be able to provide a written report as the survey deliverable. No specific software or GIS data is required, but AutoCAD drawings can be provided if necessary.
