Structural steel equipment

I am looking for a freelancer to provide me with structural steel design for the sand and gravel industry. Specifically, I need steel beams, hopper and supports to construct a drive over hopper feeder, with the primary use of this equipment being feeding a gravel crusher. I have a specific design that I need to be followed, so the freelancer should be comfortable with both creating products according to this design and sending me technical drawings and specs prior to the product being finalized. I would also like the freelancer to provide me with an accurate cost estimate for the project. I expect quality work from the freelancer and will need to be kept updated with weekly progress reports on the order and timeline. Any concerns or areas where the freelancer may require assistance should be addressed in these reports.
