Structural plan design

I am in need of help designing a structural plan for a residential building. I have some preferences regarding the layout, but no complete design proposal. I am looking for a freelancer who is able to create a structural plan within 1-2 weeks. The plan should abide by all relevant building standards and codes. I am looking forward to your proposals.
