Structural engineering drawings for shed

I am buying a second hand shed to dismantle and relocate. For building permit approval, I will need a set of engineering plans drawn up.

Ideally someone could meet me or the current owner in Toongabbie Vic to take the measurements. If not, I could go out and take them myself provided I had a checklist of everything I needed.

Please see photos of shed for reference.

Shed is getting dismantled on 6th of January so measurements will need to be taken prior to this date.
