I am looking for a structural engineer who is licensed in Florida who can reviews and digitally signed & stamp a structural plan and drawings for a freestanding outdoor gazebo.
A digital signature must be unique to the Professional Engineer using it, obtained from a third-party certification authority, and capable of verification.
