Structural engineer to review/modify design of various outdoor structures (residential - Australian)

Hello engineers,

We are looking for a structural engineer who MUST be able to show that they have at least two years of experience working with Australian building standards and projects. If you do not have this Australian experience, then please do not apply!!!

We require a structural engineer to review and make necessary changes to the attached plans (we have various file formats), or they can give us instructions and we can ask the architect to update/include the designs.

The soil composition is topsoil for 350mm and then clay underneath that. But we can do more accurate analysis if required.

We have had a many builders look over these plans so I expect that they will meet building standards, however we there is not enough information from an engineering and means of attachment between things. Also, I we need the engineer to design an affordable and practical way to build the 100-120mm thick concrete slab around the pool (including crushed rock inside), sides and top, in one piece, so there is no joins and cracking, as we will lay tiles on the top and sides. This is to be next to the existing pool. I have some ideas and can explain the current situation and requirements, but I am not an engineer so you will have much better ideas than I do, and it all needs to be engineered and justified correctly.

Please apply if you know the building standards in Australia and if you have reviewed the design and feel capable of answering and resolving these questions raised by the builder yesterday:

Engineer will need to look closely at the footings etc going in around the existing pool.
Do you have a paint spec for all the steel framing. There is a lot of steel framing to subfloor, columns and rafters
Do you have a fittings and finishes specification?
Dwg 7/27, how is the subfloor loading onto the existing house? Does existing house have capacity for applied load? Same for rafters etc (you should know that it is a two storey, double brick home on concrete stumps)
Dwg 9/27, how do bearers load onto/attach too?
Dwg 12/27, how attaches/interfaces to existing house?
Dwg 11/27, shows underside of fascia beam at 2428 then 2700, but dwg 12/27 shows both e&w elevations as 2428? (This is obviously just a mistake in the specs and easily resolved)
Dwg 13/27, shows 140x45 tp h4 rafters at pitching plate
Dwg 13/27, shows 150x50x2mm rhs at floor level, how attaches too/and applied load, to house?
Dwg 13/27, raised garden bed up against boundary fencing? Rust? Boxing detail? Water and drainage management?
Dwg 15/27, pergola deck framing, no stumps to carry bearers at interface to house?
Dwg 17/27, pavilion, raised garden bed to perimeter, concrete wall? Detail? Width and depth of bed? Viability? Columns breaking it, so how to waterproof and manage water and drainage?
Paint spec for all fo the subfloor steel, columns, rafters etc?
Cladding, metal louvre, do you have supply quotes?
Skylight?
22/27, existing pool., the biggest risk item.
22/27, proximity of pavilion to the 2400mm h fence?
22/27, applied load/aor seems to be taken care of. Detail for load/isolation of paved finished surface. Subgrade detail and preparation.
23/27, concrete wall line up to 510mm from gl. Detailing and Deck framing to attach too?
site plan with rl’s for footings, subfloor, finished floor levels?

We are hoping to have this finished, updated and signed off by a structural engineer within two weeks, so that we can submit to the building surveyor.

Do you have the experiences and availability to get this done?
