Structural engineer required for residential property

The walls of a 1989 two storey extension to an older (1950s) residential house are showing signs of spreading as a result of sub-standard construction of the rafters supporting the weight of the tiled roof. I need an experienced structural engineer to assess the problem and provide a solution to prevent further spreading. The solution will be a design document for someone else to execute.
