Structural engineer needed

I need stamped drawing of the attached. Triple S steel confirmed materials used is in compliance with windstorm 150 mph requirements. The only variable unknown was footing requirements. I was told but not confirmed the 2 1/2’ was sufficient at 12” diameter for hole filled with 4 x 4 and concrete. Since I wasn’t sure I made it 3 1/2 feet. I need stamped drawings in a few days. It’s holding up the project. Though this item is a stand alone walkway cover.
