Structural engineer for some floor joist that are sagging

It is my pleasure to solicit proposals for a structural engineering project for some existing floor joists that are sagging. The floor joists are 2x12@ 40’ ??in size and span, which is currently burdened with bar equipment, coolers, sinks, dishes, and a bar. There have been previous attempts to repair the sagging floor joists, but it looks like a support beam that was installed is failing. I'm seeking a professional solution to this issue. Proposers should be able to assess the overall structure and design a safe and reliable long-term solution that meets all applicable codes.
