I need engineered drawings of a structure and it's Footings, slab work, and structural materials incorporated in the concrete including rebar, fasteners, sheer walls to code for my area, and correct engineered beans for the members spring the roof and applicable sub structures.
I can provide current framing design and sizes in 2 dimensional plans from overhead, front, and side. Also a3 finessing model of the framing design. I need them to be stamped by a licensed engineer. Building needs to be setup to meet international building codes standards from IBC 2015 as per Maine state website building standards.
