Structural design and drawing of footover bridge

I am looking for an experienced structural engineer who can provide structural design and drawing services for a footover bridge. This particular bridge will be between 50-100 meters in length, and will be made of composite materials. Additionally, I have specific design features in mind for this project, and am looking for someone who can accurately convey my ideas through drafting.
