Structural Review of Cabin Foundation Plans

Project: Foundation Plan Review & Final Sign-Off — Lake Yonah Cabin (Oconee County, SC)

I’m acting as GC on a lakefront cabin project in Oconee County, SC. The county inspector has approved our current plans and allowed us to proceed with footer and pier construction. The only requirement is a final structural engineer sign-off at project completion to confirm that the plans are sufficient for the house load.

I would like to have a licensed South Carolina structural engineer:
-Conduct a remote review of the existing plans & current progress
-Provide guidance on any adjustments if necessary
-Provide a final stamped letter or approval upon project completion
-I can provide detailed plans, site photos, and documentation.
