Structural Plans for House in NC

I need structural plans and a calculation report using light gauge steel for a residential house permit in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Project details:
- Two-story, 4,200 sq ft home
- Concrete slab foundation
- Architectural plans are completed but not yet approved

Requirements:
- Experienced structural engineer
- Valid architecture license from North Carolina Board of Architecture
- Familiarity with light gauge steel framing systems (we have a preferred system)
