Structural Framing and Foundation Design
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I need someone to design the foundation and framing of a 2 floors and a basement residential house, see attached.
Any joists less than 20 feet use regular 2"x12", more than 20 feet TJI joists. Even longer beams lets use the PSL beams and posts. For foundation design use the insulform foundation.
