Structural Engineering for Dome Home
Budget: $2,000 – $5,000 USD
I need to get the structural engineering plans & calculations done for a residential building permit. I already have complete architectural plans and MEP.
This is being built on volcanic rock "soil" in a lava zone 2 on the Big Island of Hawaii, using air-entrenched concrete (aircrete) on a concrete slab foundation. (Yes, to my knowledge we can also use reinforced aircrete.)

Budget is negotiable. I would expect a higher price if you are located in the USA, so please give me an reasonable estimate in your proposal. Will pay more if you're licensed in Hawaii.
Prefer to do this in a fixed price payment, in 3-5 milestones that you propose. Looking for a 3 week turnaround time (faster the better) and will offer a bonus if final project completed by deadline.
I don't know much about this kind of thing but please ask any questions you may have.
