Structural Engineering Plans for Residential Build

I'm looking for a qualified Structural Engineer to provide detailed engineering plans for the foundations of a residential building. The scope of the work includes:

- Comprehensive structural engineering details
- Specific plans for piers and footings
- Reference site classification report, with a copy of the report included

Ideal candidates will be highly skilled in structural engineering with a focus on residential properties. Previous experience working on the foundations of similar projects is a plus. Please also note, the project does not currently specify the type of foundation to be used.
