Structural Engineering Mastery Needed

I'm looking for a Structural Engineer who is capable of tackling a project on BOQ.
To complete the project, you must conduct a take-off using Microsoft Excel in a Bill of Quantities (BO) format. Additionally, you must include the Australian Standard Method of Measurement (ASMM) section and sub-section in your work.
Ensure you check the drawing's scale before proceeding.
You must show all workings, formulas and calculations - All the cells must show calculations and connected.
An example has been provided. Use this and replicate the formatting for all questions.
