Structural Engineer to report on private residence underpinning
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We have a 3 bedroom residential property in Woodville, built 1960s with double brick wall on old fashioned foundations (not a slab)
There is serious cracking and subsidence which we would like remedied. I have been monitoring the stable cracks for some years now but as of recent they have started to get worse. I attach some photographs to see if the scale of the job is the sort your company would be interested in.
Photographs show just some of the cracks; also every room in the house is affected, some less than others. The photographs do not do justice to the level of cracking throughout the house.
We would like a structural engineers report on the type of remedial work (underpinning) and the scope required.
