Single storey small cabin built in 2018-19. Now has had 2 years of concrete/rammed earth wall foundations being inundated with water. Had had Building Surveyor confirm building defects in design & build. Require independent assessment for structural integrity & remediation. Location is Mayberry, near Mole Creek, northern Tasmania.
