Structural Engineer UAE to review villa structural design

We need a structural engineer who knows the UAE building code to review a structural design proposed for a residential villa. The purpose of this job is that we need a solution for an architectural design that we have and one column had to be added which affected the architectural design. I need a structural engineer with experience to provide a solution on the current design issue.
