Structural Engineer Review for Multi-family Building
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a structural engineer to review the architectural drawings of a 3-story, Type 5B construction, multi-family apartment building. The building has a low-pitch roof on a cast-in-place concrete foundation. The focus of the review should be on the use of engineered wood in the floors and roof, particularly BCI Joists. Ultimately, I need the engineer's signature and seal on the reviewed plans.
