Structural Engineer Needed for Crawl Space Foundation Design

I'm in the process of rebuilding a home and I need a qualified structural engineer. The project involves designing foundation footers for the crawl space of the house, which will primarily need to support the structural load. The footers will be made out of concrete and all designs must adhere to local building codes.
