Structural Engineer Needed for Building Design

I'm seeking an experienced structural engineer to enhance the existing engineering plans of a commercial building. The goal is to simplify the construction process and reduce costs without compromising safety or quality.

Key areas to focus on: - structural beams, columns and slabs. How to improve design efficiency in these areas. Note we prefer standard RC slab (not any pretension slab designs)

Extensive background in structural engineering, particularly with commercial buildings.
Proven track record of redesigning engineering plans for cost and efficiency.
Strong understanding of diverse construction techniques and their potential for simplification.
Excellent problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions for cost-effective construction.
Experience with optimization of construction materials for cost reduction.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Proficiency in structural design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or STAAD.Pro. - Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices.
Proficiency in detailed cost estimation techniques for construction projects.
