Structural Engineer Assessment/Certification | Landscape Retaining Wall

We are looking to replace an existing cement block (landscape) retaining wall with a limestone block one. The current wall consists of approx 2x 1m levels, ad we're looking to replace it with a single, vertical wall.

As the wall is >500mm in height, we have been advised that this requires a Structural Engineering certification/plan.
